Models, like the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and the CLOC Core 12, give the legal industry a shared understanding -- a toolkit for developing best practices and effective communication. The Legal Data Intelligence model is rooted in the rich tradition of these precursors, drawing particular inspiration from the EDRM in the Disputes & Investigations and Data Protection Compliance categories.
It is our hope that by building on these frameworks and modeling use cases that extend beyond e-discovery, we can highlight the value legal teams bring to their ever-expanding range of work.
